Shipping + Returns

Unframed Prints are shipped within 7 days of date of order. Framed orders within Sydney are shipped within 10 business days from date of order. Sara Kiyork provides free shipping on all products delivered in Australia.

For international orders, shipping is calculated based on location. Shipping is available globally for both framed and unframed prints.

Prints and Frames are available for pick up from Sara Kiyork Print Shop in Mona Vale, Sydney, if preferred.

Sara Kiyork relies on third party logistics and shipment companies to deliver products to customers. Consequently, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sara Kiyork will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or delay. Sara Kiyork is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

If access will be difficult for the person delivering, please provide us with written details when placing your order.


RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully before placing an order. Every product sold is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for Orders. Sara Kiyork cannot offer refunds for change of mind or wrong selection. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at studio@sarakiyork.com.au

Sara Kiyork may allow exchanges at our absolute discretion, subject to product availability. We cannot offer refunds or replacement of goods that are damaged through misuse, including by failure to exercise reasonable care.

Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you consider to be faulty or damaged you must notify Sara Kiyork in writing within twenty-four hours of receipt. Your item must be returned and received by Sara Kiyork within 7 days of such notice. Any failure to notify Sara Kiyork within 7 days of notice shall be deemed acceptance by you that the relevant product is free from any damage whatsoever. Returned products shall be subject to inspection by Sara Kiyork prior to any exchanges or refunds being granted. To the extent allowed under law, no refunds will be provided for any defects that can be reasonably rectified by exchange of the same product. In order to be fully eligible for an exchange or return, you must:

Contact Sara Kiyork with the request and reason for the return via email to studio@sarakiyork.com.au within 24 hours of delivery;
Return the product in the condition delivered (no additional damage) together with any certificates and documentation, within 7 days for Australian customers and 14 days for international customers of notice to us; and return the product with original invoice received identifying the order.

If any legislation operates to prohibit or restrict the exclusion, restriction or modification of any implied warranties, conditions or obligations, then to the full extent permitted by law, Sara Kiyork limits its liability in respect of any such claim to, at its option:

the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of the goods; the payment of the cost of repairing the goods, or replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

On rare occasions, one or more products in an Order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to studio@sarakiyork.com.au

In cases where one or more product(s) is materially damaged, we may elect to restore or replace the damaged product(s) in sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”). If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged areas of product(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) photos of damage must be received no fewer than twenty-four (24) hours following the indicated delivery date of the applicable Order by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the Order; 3) photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken; 4) a Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and Sara Kiyork may elect to replace or repair the damaged product in its sole discretion; and 5) the delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing, and you may be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event elects to repair or replace the product(s).
