Returns

What is your returns policy?

Each piece is custom printed, signed and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

Photographic Prints

What size prints do you offer?

Limited edition photographic prints are available in petite, small, medium, large , extra large and statement size. 

Do you offer custom sizes?

We are happy to print your favourite artwork in a custom size for you. Please contact us at studio@sarakiyork.com.au if you would like a quote to arrange a custom order.

What are the exact dimensions of your framed prints?

The dimensions below refer to the finished size of the framed artwork. Please note: 

  • All prints are framed without a traditional mat board. 
  • The Extra Large sized print is printed edge to edge and framed without a mat board.
  • Due to frame conversions, frame sizes below are rounded up to the nearest inch or cm.

Petite:
14 x16 in  or  34x45 cm

Small:
24x18 in or 47x 62 cm

Medium:
29 x 39 in or 69x 94 cm

Large:
32x42 in  or 81x106cm

X Large:
39 x 54 in  or 98 x 136 cm

Statement:

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

Our fine art prints make great gifts. We do not include an invoice with your order so you are welcome to organise gift delivery! We also offer GIFT CARDS if you’re unsure of what to choose for that special someone.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?

All prints are signed by Sara Kiyork together with the name of the artwork.

On occasion we release numbered editions that often sell out immediately. The best way to stay informed is by signing up to our email list to be the first to know about limited edition print releases.

ARE YOUR PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE IN FINISH?

All of our artworks are printed on a heavy 300gsm matte archival 100% cotton rag paper.

I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered in your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

Yes. If you see an image belonging to me on any of our social media channels, we are more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.

DO YOU USE GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

We use a thick sheet of high quality acrylic for all of our fine art prints. Despite being more expensive than glass, acrylic offers superior protection and is less likely to arrive damaged in transit.

What should I do when I receive my print?

We recommend taking your unframed print directly to your local framer as soon as possible. Taking it to your framer will minimise the chance of the print getting damaged/scratched. The sooner you do this the better.

Framing Service

Do you offer framing?

Once printed and signed, we send your print to our professional art framer to finish your new photographic print in our signature style- gallery box frame in your choice of oak, white or black timber.

Lightweight museum-grade acrylic is used to ensure that your framed artwork is installed easily and does not require a professional hanging service. All hanging hardware is included.

Once you have received your framed artwork, it is ready to hang.

*Please note: My Extra Large sized prints are printed edge to edge and are framed without a mat board.

How long does framing take?

Please allow 14 days from order for your print to be dispatched from our framer.

Your artwork is printed to order and personally signed by Sara Kiyork before being delivered to the art framer to be custom framed and finished. It is then shipped securely in a travel box to ensure its safe delivery to your address. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.

Extended Delivery: Please note- During peak periods (e.g. public holiday closure periods) framing turnaround times may be extended slightly. Please contact us for more information at studio@sarakiyork.com.au

Ordering

I’ve placed an order. When will my frame or print arrive? 

Unframed Prints are shipped within 7 days of date of order. Framed orders within Sydney are shipped within 10 business days from date of order. We then rely on standard shipping times with our courier providers. You will receive a tracking number to track your order delivery time. Please view our shipping information page for details.

Do you ship worldwide? (Edit later)

Yes. We ship all products worldwide.

Free Shipping applies to all products delivered within Australia.

For international orders, standard shipping rates apply. A shipping estimate is provided on the checkout page before payment is processed.

Are prices on the website in Australian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside of Australia this tax will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We send all goods from Australia. Depending on your location you may be charged sales tax by your country of residence. We are not responsible for covering your sales tax. If you do not collect your item from your postoffice and if it is returned to us you are not eligible for a refund.

You will not be charged extra sales tax if you reside within Australia (GST is included in our prices).

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to studio@sarakiyork.com.au so we can help. Please include photos of the box that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage. Please view our shipping and returns page for detailed information. 

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing studio@sarakiyork.com.au and we will track it down.

CAN I FRAME THESE PRINTS MYSELF?

Yes, we offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and feel of your final piece. Just select “no frame” when adding the artwork to your basket.

I like your photographs, can I use them?

You may obtain permission to reproduce my images with written consent - please email us at studio@sarakiyork.com.au 

Reproduction without consent is a breach of copyright. 

All images must be credited by Sara Kiyork and linked to https://www.sarakiyork.com.au  when they leave this site.
